This is hands-down the best face mask ever! I’ve bought it a few times now, and I always mix it with apple cider vinegar for that extra punch (water works too, but where’s the fun in that?). Fair warning: it does *burn* a bit—I’ve made the boys try it, and they never stop whining about it, but let me tell you, it really gets in there and pulls all the gunk out of your pores!
Your face might look like a tomato for a good hour after, but it leaves your skin feeling so soft and seriously detoxified. I recommend this magic in a jar to everyone—it’s a little intense, but totally worth the glow-up!

I heard sooo many great things about this product and after using it for the past few months I can confirm the magic is real. I feel like it sheds dead skin and removes dark spots extremely well. I apply it to my face and neck biweekly, and have started using it on other dark spots (knees + elbows) and I see a huge difference! There is an extra refreshing tingly feel after you wash it off, removing any grimy oily blocked pore mood your skin may be in! I came back from holiday with a tan and I feel it may have removed a layer or two of my tan 😀 If you have sensitive skin, definitely do a skin test before using!
Tip: Don’t overdo it or keep it on longer than the directions advise.

Cons-
No real instructions on use or quantities to mix. I found equal parts of 1 tablespoon clay to liquid (either water or apple cider vinegar) to create the right amount with minimal waste.
A bit difficult to remove from skin. After using 5 times the best procedure for me was to place a hot towel on my face allowing the steam to soften the clay. I did do repeatedly pressing towel firmly in small sections until mask was completely removed. ** make sure to run hot water down drain for a few minutes once complete to prevent drain from clogging due to build up.
** my face was slightly red immediately after use but it faded quickly. I think others who complain about redness are new to skin care routine and/or did not take time to prep skin properly before use. If your skin is dry it is important to spend a few days prior to use moisturizing. Using moisturizing masks and creams for 1-2 weeks prior to your first use of this mask will help eliminate excessive redness or dryness.
*** this isn’t an all in one miracle in a jar. As with any product your need to invest time into prepping and maintaining your skin!
If you are new to skincare routines or do not use products on a regular basis: start with equal parts water/clay for the first few uses. Then add 1/2 water 1/2 cider until you reach full cider. This may take a few weeks or month, but honestly about your prior skincare routine and the condition of your skin is paramount to the success and your happiness with this product.
**** Breakouts should be expected!!!!!! So many reviews complaining that they broke out after using product. The purpose of this product is to remove toxins and buildup from the skin. The breakouts mean it’s working!!! I get facials weekly and anytime I haven’t followed my skincare routine I’ll get a few blemishes after. It is to be expected!!!!!!!! The key is making sure you have proper aftercare products to repair and care for your skin!

I have used every 3 days now for a total of 15 times. My pores have almost disappeared giving me my 20 year old glowing skin❣️ (I am almost 50) I only had a couple blemishes after first use. No other reaction since. My makeup goes on smooth again with zero lines or cracking. However even without makeup-you can no longer see the pores on my nose or cheeks.
This is by far one of the better purifying masks I have used.
Just be honestly with yourself about your skin, expectations. Most importantly know that this is just one step in achieving your goal. Great skin takes time and work!!!!! Too many buy products and think results will happen overnight.

If you have giant, gross looking sebaceous filaments on your t zone, stop using those harsh peel off nose strips and put that metal picking tool away forever. Simply read the instructions, use this once a week with apple cider vinegar, and they will go away/be brought down to a less apparent appearance. I used to impulsively pick at mine one by one every single day until I started using this mask with ACV once a week. Now, my sebaceous filaments are less apparent and no longer look like weird Nestle Crunch bars under makeup around the nose and chin area. However, this mixture can be harsh, this is why you should use only ONCE A WEEK and REHYDRATE your skin afterwards. It will literally purge EVERYTHING and leave your skin feeling quite stripped. I follow up with a hydrating overnight mask. Never had any problems with bleaching, peeling, discoloration, burning, etc. Read the instructions, only leave on for the amount of minutes you feel most comfortable with and there shouldn’t be any problems.

I know how hard it is for some of us and how expensive some of the "solutions" out there are, so I’m going to share something with you that you’re going to thank me for.
I’ve battled #SevereAcne my whole life. I think I’ve tried everything that is out on the market. I even took something called Acutane in highschool that was so powerful that I remember each pill being individually wrapped with a No Symbol over a picture of a pregnant lady.
Out of frustration I began researching and trying almost every skin product that is in the market and compiling reviews from multiple sources. After some trial and error I’ve found something that is almost magic.
I now have a routine of four things that has erased all acne, discoloration and smoothed my wrinkles & scars in two weeks.
Here it is:

You can also use it as a makeup remover, its great for hair as well as stretch marks and cellulite ((yes, I’m telling you the truth.) It also lasts a couple of months.

I wash my face, then its important to let your face dry. Then the spray (let dry) and finally the Jojoba oil. I also use the spray and oil after the mask, which heals and seals your pores.
Since I’ve been using this routine, my skin looks luminous and almost 10 years younger. I’m not joking. I’ve bought the most expensive products on the market and none of them compare to these which are a 1/10th of the cost.
Let me know if any of you try it. I’m not selling any of these or making any money or anything for telling you all this. I’m just so incredibly pleased and surprised that I couldn’t not tell people.

This review is a lot like the others. My skin type is super sensitive, extremely oily, and riddled with acne. All forms of acne. Whiteheads, black, heads, cysts. Acne that isn’t just unpleasant to look at but actually hurts. I am very pale but my face always has been a shade of pink of red. Very uneven skin tone. And I’m allergic to salysilic acid. So most acne treatments do t work for me. But so far, this product has been great. It bas decreased the amount of oil my face produces and significantly made my pores smaller all while cleaning all the gunk out of them.
Only complaint so far, it is hard to clean up once you are done.DO NOT WASH IT DOWN YOUR DRAIN IT WILL BLOCK IT I PROMISE YOU. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MUD.
I mix it with apple cider vinegar (which makes it smell kind a bad) and then lather it on my face. I make a big amount of it and store it in my kitchen so I can use it later. After putting it on my face I pet my cats or read a book for 20 to 45 minutes. I usually leave it on a long time because then it is easier to take off.
Now the hardest part. Taking this thing off your face. This is what I do. Go to the bathroom, stand over the sink and block your drain. I put two prices of paper towel in the sink to catch the falling mud chips. Then move your face. While you were petting cats or reading books or whatever for 20 to 45 minutes your face froze. So now move it around to break up the mud. Then just peel it off with your hands and collect it all in the paper towel. Then once all the big pits are off, throw all that mud into your compost (composting is awesome) if dont have a compost bin/dont live in the woods then toss it in the bin but think really hard about how awesome composting is.
Okay now all the big bits are off but your face is still greenish. Now i take a wash cloth and dampen it with cool water and gently rub it on my face. Get all the remaining bits off. Now put that wash cloth in the dirty laundry. And splash your face off with cold water like they do in those commercials. Great. Your almost done.
Now your face is wicked red. That’s supposed to happen. Apparently this product names all the blood go to your face. I just think your face is all irritated cuz you just had a mask on it for 45 minutes. But this redness goes away in 20 to 30 minutes.
Like I said before. I have really bad skin. I am 19 years young. This acne should have stopped when I was 15 but no. I do t know if my acne is genetic or what. By all standards I should have clear skin. I am a vegetarian, I drink lots. of water, I use all the washes. I’ve only used it twice so far but I it has been working for me. No big accomplishments yet but my skin is slowly changing.
Best of luck to those who suffer from bad skin. I really hope this helps you. I know what it is like to have people comment on your acne in public, or have little kids asking you what’s wrong with your face and how hard it is to face things like going to the store because of the redness and the pimples. And I know the physical pain. Some people are lucky and just get a zit. Others get actually painful acne. So I really hope this product helps all of you lime it is helping me. Acne is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a medical condition. But still, I know the struggle.

Favorite mask ever!! Mix with some baking soda and apple cider vinegar and you’ve got the best diy DETOX face mask ever. ACNE GONE! It does tighten your face and may make it a bit red after but your skin will feel softer and will notice less breakouts and texture.
You can also use it for toothpaste and hair masks. So good for you!
